Across-Channel Supply
We source REVOLAX through Korean B2B channels tied to Across. Sealed cartons and original security packaging.
REVOLAX is a monophasic crosslinked HA dermal filler from Across Co., Ltd. (Hugel group), Korea, in Fine, Deep and Sub-Q grades at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine, 1.1 mL per syringe. Yaksu Medi ships Revolax wholesale from Korea and mixes all three grades on one clinic quote.
Three grades, one HA platform. Concentration, lidocaine and syringe size stay the same, so the order decision is simply depth and needle gauge.
| Variant | Best for | Depth / Area | Needle | Lidocaine | Procurement note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| REVOLAX Fine with Lidocaine | Fine, superficial lines | Superficial dermis | 2 × 30G | 0.3% | The softest grade. Pairs with Deep for a lines-and-folds menu. |
| REVOLAX Deep with Lidocaine | Moderate to deep wrinkles and folds | Mid/deep dermis to subcutaneous | 2 × 27G | 0.3% | Usually the core grade in a clinic REVOLAX order. |
| REVOLAX Sub-Q with Lidocaine | Deep and severe folds needing structural support | Deep subcutaneous | 2 × 25G | 0.3% | Add for structural support work next to Deep. |
Specs: 1.1 mL · 24 mg/mL HA · 0.3% lidocaine · 2 × 30G
REVOLAX Fine is the superficial-dermis grade for fine lines, supplied with two 30G needles.
REVOLAX is the export HA filler of Across Co., Ltd., a Chuncheon company focused on crosslinked HA gels since its export manufacturing approval in 2011. The REVOLAX trademark dates from 2013. Hugel Inc. became Across's largest shareholder in 2015, and REVOLAX now sits in Hugel's global aesthetic portfolio, shown at IMCAS 2026 in Paris.
For buyers, the appeal is simplicity: one platform, three depths, lidocaine in every syringe, and a matched needle in every box.
Clinics comparing HA ladders can browse our dermal fillers wholesale range and quote REVOLAX next to their other Korean stock.
REVOLAX is a monophasic crosslinked sodium hyaluronate gel from bio-fermentation, colourless and transparent, at 24 mg/mL. 0.3% lidocaine is pre-mixed in every grade for patient comfort during the procedure.
Independent rheology from King's College London measured G′ at 10 rad/s of 167 Pa for Fine, 344 Pa for Deep and 246 Pa for Sub-Q (Wongprasert et al., Dermatol Ther 2022, PMID 35293660). Grade choice still follows labelled depth and technique, not a single number.
Fine sits in the superficial dermis, Deep in the mid/deep dermis to subcutaneous layer, and Sub-Q in the deep subcutaneous layer. The carton insert prevails for technique.
All three grades are on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods as Class III devices (ARTG 509127 Deep, 509128 Fine, 509129 Sub-Q, entered August 2025, sponsor Hugel Australia). Thailand's TFDA approved REVOLAX in July 2023.
In Korea, Across manufactures REVOLAX under KGMP as an export medical device. REVOLAX is not FDA approved, and the Chinese NMPA registration held by Across covers a different Across filler, not REVOLAX. If your market requires CE marking, confirm the current CE status with us before you order.
For stock planning, one storage window (2–25 °C) and one 24-month shelf life across all three grades keep rotation simple: Fine, Deep and Sub-Q can sit on the same shelf and follow the same first-expiry-first-out rule.
These visual examples show the kind of fold and volume change at rest that clinics review when they plan a Fine, Deep and Sub-Q mix. Individual outcomes vary.
REVOLAX keeps ordering simple: one concentration, one lidocaine level and one storage range across Fine, Deep and Sub-Q. Clinics restocking REVOLAX in bulk split the three grades on one Korean B2B quote.

Fine ships with 30G, Deep with 27G, Sub-Q with 25G needles. A mismatch is a refuse signal.
No current REVOLAX grade is sold without lidocaine. Offers of a lidocaine-free REVOLAX do not match the maker line.

The maker labels all three grades for temporary improvement of facial wrinkles. Grade choice follows the labelled depth and the clinician's technique. The carton insert prevails.
Yes, in the laboratory. A King's College London group published G′ values for all three grades: Fine 167 Pa, Deep 344 Pa and Sub-Q 246 Pa at 10 rad/s (Dermatol Ther 2022, PMID 35293660). That is rheology data, not a patient trial.
Maker material lists pregnancy or breastfeeding, patients under 18, a tendency to hypertrophic scarring, HA or lidocaine hypersensitivity, laser, peel or dermabrasion around the same time, and inflamed or infected skin among the cautions. Read the full insert before treatment.
